Introduction

KCM is a family-run, South Yorkshire based waste management company that specialise in skip hire, trade waste bins and collection, aggregate and tipper hire, confidential and secure document destruction, legal disposal of WEE, household waste, tipping and recycling and scrap metal. Their multifaceted business is made up of 80 waste management professionals who aim to offer a one stop shop for all your waste disposal needs. Established over 30 years ago, serving Rotherham, Sheffield, Barnsley, Doncaster and the surrounding areas, KCM are dedicated to perfecting a unique approach to waste management.

Campaign Brief

KCM Waste Management approached Enhanced Marketing Group (EMG) following poor results with a national marketing agency. Due to the nature of their business, KCM needed a full mix marketing plan executed over a long-term period including a full revamp of their website and skip hire booking system. EMG developed and delivered a multifaceted campaign that saw a total redesign of their online and offline presence. All works carried out was targeted at improving internal company process and booking systems whilst providing a larger amount of quantifiable leads and customer data. The skip hire process was redesigned to be fully automated linking to a 3rd party payment merchant and internal CRM software.

Search Engine Optimisation & Pay-Per-Click – Local campaign across both paid and organic to increase Google ranking and generate inbound sales leads and bookings.
Social Media Management – Facebook campaign both paid and organic to increase inbound sales leads and bookings.
